This manga has the same mission "Eat Soul" but in Million Tears, people whose soul eat by the Characters not only lost his/her life but also forgotten by everybody 

These manga pull your heartstrings by presenting a couple that is separated by the fact that the hero lost his memories of the heroine. The Heroine struggles to make him remember and while HTnN is more focused on Supernatural, KKT is focused on sci-fi and a touch of supernatural too. Both are beautiful manga about love. Both present a beautiful artwork too. Personally I prefer KKT because its a longer manga hence develops better each character.
