Manga: Kodomo no Jikan
Kodomo no Jikan is also a student and teacher relationship, along with some disturbing issues of society regarding children. Plot is well developed, reasonably explained for actions done. Teacher's Pet is obviously shoujo, and is much more focused on sexual scenes, but much less reasonab le and explained. Much shorter too.

Manga: Aishite Kudasai, Sensei
The are both have a verry rapetastic plot with this one being more along the lines of emotional rape while the other is out right rape that some how turns to love. Maybe im not the right person to make a recomedation on a manga i dislike to manga i hated but here it is
