Kodomo no Jikan is also a student and teacher relationship, along with some disturbing issues of society regarding children. Plot is well developed, reasonably explained for actions done.
Teacher's Pet is obviously shoujo, and is much more focused on sexual scenes, but much less reasonab le and explained. Much shorter too.
in both manga the main character is a teacher at a new school. They both have another adult teacher love interest, but get more involved with their student.
Rin also has some similarities to Masahiro, like both of them being blond, forward personality and in love with their teacher.
The teacher is very resistant to their students advances and rejects them again and again...
but the main characters do soften up to Rin and Masahiro
