I've read quite a bit of manga like this one, however, this is one of the more memorable ones I've read.

It tends to throw in a twist when you think Edith is finally able to calm down from whatever she had to go through (usually drama with her in-laws or husband). Edith tends to be the outcast because of her family and past actions even though she wasn't actually the soul behind it. She's not able to tell anyone about the situation she's in due to a system which she has to go through three missions to kind of overwrite it in a way. ... She treats the former FL with a kind of big sister attitude yet no one sees that they see FL being bullied (p's me off)

Though I will warn you the former FL doesn't really do anything but give some ugly faces, and ask Killian questions (he twisted stuff). but I warn you that you'll grow to hate her but she might do something later so you can justify but who knows she might not.

Overall it's a good story and I do recommend it right now but that could change in the future seeing as it is an ongoing story and I have only read what is out right now as i'm writing this. :)

I started by reading the manga and it seemed pretty good, the thing is sometimes the Ml can be quite annoying, but then I learnt that in the novel you can understand everything much better.

With that in mind, after reading the novel, the manga is lacking in many ways, there are parts that were much better in the novel and aren't portrayed as deeply in the manga.

People who hate Killian because of his attitude of blaming everything on Edith, you can definitely see a character development in the novel, while in the manga they don't show much of Kilians' pov. That does not ... mean the manga is bad, compared to the novel it could be way better (I also love the art style).

I recommend reading the novel if you want to fully understand the characters and the complexity they have, but as a way of spending your time, reading the manga is not a bad idea.
