Yakuza/gang related BL. You'll definitely love the humor!

Both series involve with yakuza also Kotaro and Aki seem to have similar characteristic when they're passionate/so enthusiastic with the one they're in love with or the one they have interest with. They both kinda flashy in their fashion sense. Except that Koi Made only have one volume while Honto Yajuu is still ongoing.

Soft policeman x tsun yakuza. The stories are sweet but Keiji san also deals with a lot of heavy stuff like child trafficking and rape.

In this manga there is an attractive yakuza member who attracts attention from men all around him-if you liked the yakuza theme in it then this is a good choice for you

Both manga feature cop (seme) characters and deal with the hardships of that profession in the manga. Still they both have wholesome relationships and couples as well as lots of comedy elements. Both also feature plenty of hot H scenes <3

They have the same addicting comedy factor and, easy-to-read air!

the plot isn't simliar, besides the fact they're both full of funny moments and the couple is very sweet and cute. also they're not too much hardcore yaoi, so maybe if you're not into the genre you still can enjoy both mangas

both are in the yaoi / bl genre. both have interesting plots and well written characters. tbh theyre both pretty good.

Both written by the same author. The selling point of both stories are the compelling and interesting characters, the story is genuinely funny with a few dramatic moments here and there. If you liked the character/relationship in one, you'll probably enjoy it in the other.

Both mangas are BL and comedies. To be honest even if you're not a fan of BL, their still great reads because they are both hilarious. Light hearted comedies that make you feel happy. Both are about couples who just really don't match because of who they are (height wise/attractiveness in LN13 and jobwise in HY), but they end up making the most adorable loving couples.

Both are about some strange person who is part of yakuza but at the same time who doesn't fit well with the image of it. But are they both really about the same thing?

They are both about police/yakuza relationship.
reportRecommended by PushingIdeas
They both involve 1 strange police officer and 1 troublesome guy who is in love with him. Cat & Master Dog is comedy... Honto Yajuu is very light story... For some reason I think they have something in common.
reportRecommended by PushingIdeas
Both are BL stories in which the main heroes are a policeman and a member of the yakuza.

Light haired protagonist is seduced by the erotic looks of the dark haired protagonist. Hilarious scenes and additional characters present. Both protagonists are on opposite sides and supposed to be enemies but instead fall in love. Honto being a yakuza heir and a policeman while Junketsu involves a cultural leader and the sports leader. Honto Yajuu spans several volumes (5 at present) while Junketsu remains 1 volume.

Both about yakuza relationship. Uke and seme total opposites of each other in character and work. Nice humor and story.

The ONLY similarities are around the heirs of the yakuza groups. Gotouda Aki, from Like A Beast, and Tohru, from Started With A Kiss, are both gorgeous feminine looking men that all the groups members pine after. They are the groups own idols and everyone loves and worships them. Everything else between the two mangas are completely different.

Both involve a policeman and yakuza getting involved with each other. However HY is a comedy not a drama like Namaiki, also the roles of uke and seme are switched. Both if you're looking for a yaoi with the whole yakuza story then both of these have that!
