Manga: Noel la Neige
This is really the prequel to Noel la Neige, so it is a Christmas story, but the "prequel" is longer than the one shot story. It is set in the 1800's in England. Think of it as Dickens Christmas Carol, meets Oliver Twist meets bischie from Bleach.... If you like different type of Christmas stories like Nightmare Before Christmas try it. It is rather sad, a tragedy, so it might make you cry, it's an original story and I enjoyed it.

Manga: Yoroshiku Master
If you like different sort of Christmas stories - I would suggest Holy Glory, Noel la Neige and Yoroshiku Master. These are supernatural shoujos with Christmas themes and bishies. Holy Glory and Noel la Neige are related to each other while Yoroshiku Master has a different take on a Christmas magic theme but both have shape shifting magic users.

The Two Storys have the same idea of a soul turning into a monster, also the fact the main character is mysterious in the start of the manga
