--both of them got almost the same storyline-- a girl that always feels she's number 1 and tastes her first defeat with a guy.. ((the guy is always no. 1 and the girl always no.2))  

The girl who think she's perfect and the bespectacled guy which also excel at everything suddenly appeared before her as her mortal enemy. It's already obvious that their first impression didn't go well but little by little they get along just fine (is what you think, isn't it? But don't worry you will at least have fun watching the honorable girl being teased and humiliated while they are competing against each other or the otherwise beforehand) The difference between the two: The artwork ('Zenbu Chodai' has satisfying artwork with the major to minor characters are drawn beautifully while 'Inugami-san and Sarutobi-kun Have a Bad Relationship' has appealing and amusing artwork that contain a bit of ecchiness) Personality (Sakura is cocky, prideful while Inugami-san nice to everyone with exception of Sarutobi-kun. As for the guy sides, we have Ren that is nice to everyone including Sakura but quite emotional and Sarutobi-kun who has this mysterious aura which makes him interesting and the hobby of treating Inugami-san as his own slave)  read more 

The guy is in Last game the one who always second, while in Zenbu Choudai the girl is always second. The roles are switched. While in Last Game the story is more sweet Zenbu Choudai is more comedy.  

Megane Hazushitemo Ii desu ka is a collection of guys with glasses, which Ren is a megane~ Also, there's an 'omake' of Zenbu Choudai in Megane Hazu ^^
