Manga: Shingeki no Eroko-san: Hen na Oneesan wa Danshikousei to Nakayoku Naritai
Pretty much the same manga, but Hoshi-kun's parents didn't abandon him and Shingeki no Eroko-san has lots of ecchi.

Manga: Suki dakedo Suki dakara Uketorenai
Both stories revolve around a woman/girl in love with the main boy and tries to convey their love through money. Both stories are romcoms but in Suki dakedo Suki dakara Uketorenai, there is not very much development between the characters (Because it is so short) but in Danshi Koukousei, there is more development as it has 227 chapters at the time of writing and it is still ongoing. Main difference between the two is that Danshi Koukousei there is an age gap between the High School boy and the adult women whereas in Suki dakedo Suki dakara Uketorenai they are both High School students.

Both feature seemingly clueless "Onee-san" type figures taking care of a younger boy they have great affection for, who they become the guardians of.

Manga: Ane Doki
Almost shockingly similar premise, both stories involve a young boy being taken under the care of an older girl after his parent(s) abandon him (in a comedic way). Danshi Koukousei wo Yashinaitai Oneesan no Hanashi has the female lead being a bit more obsessive/direct, but overall the two are practically identical.
