Both stories revolve around a woman/girl in love with the main boy and tries to convey their love through money.
Both stories are romcoms but in Suki dakedo Suki dakara Uketorenai, there is not very much development between the characters (Because it is so short) but in Danshi Koukousei, there is more development as it has 227 chapters at the time of writing and it is still ongoing.
Main difference between the two is that Danshi Koukousei there is an age gap between the High School boy and the adult women whereas in Suki dakedo Suki dakara Uketorenai they are both High School students.
