Both titles are "irregular" isekai stories that have a lot of delicate diplomacy and politics with a dash of romance. The power balances between the characters are well kept. The MCs do not have "gifts" that allows them to brute force through predicaments but rather rely on knowledge and negotiations to solve their problems.

Having modern ideas certainly gives an edge to both these protagonists as they find themselves accumulating more and more power and influence. At first, it's just a natural result of their capabilities, but soon both character's grow ambitions and drives to increase their power and influence on their own. With a few romantic interests gained and betrothed throughout the way, both protagonists quickly find their isekai knowledge bringing them to new hieghts.

Both has fantasy-like settings. "Isekai Kenkokuki" the MC gets reborn in another world with the knowledge of his old world and helps children build an new village after beign asked to by a griffin. "Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta!: Kokuyoku no Haou" has the MC get stuck in a game world as his female character.

Similar isekai with a focus on village buikding and using knowledge from the male MC's former life. Some inaccuracies in farming and technology are smoothed over.
