I feel there’s not much I can write about this manga without spoiling it. I’m not very good at writing reviews, but I saw this manga had none and thought it should. This is a story I just stumbled upon while searching on MAL and read without knowing anything about it going in. I enjoy finding lesser-known mangas and this was one I had definitely never heard of, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t deserve some recognition. The story is short and I feel it could have been greatly expanded on. I truly wanted more. Especially with the ending as it was. I don’t want ... to spoil it, but it definitely came as a shock. I say this one is definitely worth the read tho I did feel the end was almost cut off. I’ll also say this was more shonen ai to me. There was nothing any more explicit than kissing and that doesn’t seem like yaoi to me. ^_^ Overall, a moving story.

How could I start this? Lonely to Organdy might not have the most outstanding and creative plot, but it got to my heart in an incredibly easy way. It somehow touched me and made me feel the manga since the first chapter. I knew I'd like it since the beginning.

So, it's my first review ever, sorry if it's shitty (also english is not my mother language, sorry for any mistakes).

Story: 9.

As I said above, it doesn't have a crazy original plot. It's more like average. However, I love the progression of the story, it's quite well done and captivating — that's why I rate it ... a 9 out of 10.
More importantly than the plot being original or not, is the way you develop it. The end was also very sad — not wanting to spoil it, yet already doing so —, which shows how the main "couple" creates a strong bond not only between them, but with the reader, in less than four chapters.

It's incredible and has an extremely well written story. The author has no difficulty in expressing the feelings they intend to, and that's surely a hard thing to do. I have read lots of manga that don't have the clear feelings or goals on them, and Lonely to Organdy is not the case.

As much as the beginning surprised me for how smooth it was, the end surprised me by making me feel anguished and kinda "thirsty" for more. I really wished them to stay together, even if it was clear by logic that they couldn't. "Relating to a dead person is impossible."

A happy ending would be unrealistic and feigned.

Still, Haruto loved and felt for Akira. Akira was in his heart till the end, and that is what makes me even more sad.

Art: 10.

I don't have much to talk about it, yet it's good. The art is very dope and adds a lot to the story, it represents the emotions quite well.

Character: 8.

The main characters are indeed charismatic, have nice backstories, but are a bit unoriginal. I have seen very similar designs around.

In fact, that's not a huge problem. I guess everyone who regularly reads manga is used to seeing this basic delinquent-looking nice guy? lol

Enjoyment: 10.

Since the story is very short and well structured, I didn't get bored while reading it — that's quite uncommon to me, who easily gets tired of reading or watching TV shows. I enjoyed reading Lonely to Organdy, a lot.

Overall, It would be more like a 9 out of 10. Because it's charismatic and touched my heart, I'll give it a 10. And yes, I recommend it.

I liked this manga. Although the main character's age was not revealed, personally, the sense of giving up on a dream is relatable. The story may not be new but the creator did a nice job developing it with a few pages (5 chapters isn't that long.) The art along with the characters are pleasing to look at. This manga didn't have H scenes, only a hint of it which actually surprised me. It's fine without it. I think I can share this with people who are uncomfortable with those.

The manga feels a bit lacking but the emotions were expressed neatly. I enjoyed how the ... story went down, and even creeped me a bit near the end. Sad but satisfying, I'd say this was (9) great.
