OMG! I am soooo excited! I am going to write a review about this manga! I love all the manga this author writes so if you love this manga, be sure to read all others!

Story: So basically, this is about monsters, humans that can turn into panthers and two heart-pounding love story! One between the mum and the dad and another between the daughter and some other guy. Of course, there is a villain which came and ruin their lives cause why not?

This story is one that will capture you, and devour you. I gave the characters 10 marks and that is solely ... because of the villain. This story shows you how twisted a person can be ( and that person is obviously the villain) .

Look, it's a great read, but probably not in the way that the author was going for. It's got all the signature melodrama of a shoujo romance/drama (love triangles, vindictive villains, bad boys, good boys, etc.) except... none of the characters can shut up about turning into panthers. It really undercuts the tension in a scene when someone says something like, and I quote, "If I were to be killed, don't turn into a panther!"

The art and plot are passible with some good moments but overall they're uninspired. If I had to wish the author genuine kudos it would be for their page compositions, ... which are for the most part dynamic and well assembled. The characters are cardboard cutouts and you can guess everyone's deal shortly after they're each introduced. But by God would I recommend you read this series. Half of my photo album is screenshots from this series.

I tried to push through the manga and forgive it for it faults but it got to a point in the story where I really couldn't handle where the story was leading. Before this plot point, I would rate the story around a 5. Not amazing but I still wanted to see what would happen to the characters. I also liked the art and saw that the manga had won an award of some sort. Basically what made me stop reading was the main character is r*ped by one of her love interests and then the love interest... continues to be framed as a love ... interest??? Which I find baffling and I am aware that this was created in a different time period but for a modern reader with a modern perspective, I just couldn't keep going. I am not doing the "will they won't they" thing with a literal r*pist and I imagine other people will not be able to get through the story once they hit this point as well. This manga seems like something you would read as a tween/early teen and find cool and edgy but would be horrified upon revisiting. The panther stuff and transformations can be pretty cool but it just isn't worth it. Sad that this happened because I did want to see where the story would go but oh well :(
