Tears of Tiara Episode 26, Taliesin spoiles;

I saw finally finished Tears of Tiara today but I notice that Taliesin is alive even though he died in Episode 21.Taliesin even talks in the last episode. Or maybe Taliesin was revived in the manga and not in the anime. Or maybe Episode 21 was just a filler. Or did they just mess it up. How is it possible for Taliesin to be alive?
