Staff Recruitment [Currently Open] Hello members of RCA<3, with any club on MAL they can only be as good as what the admin team puts in :). So RCA<3 is currently recruiting for the admin team here, as we have lost a few people in the past few weeks to RL (changes will be made over the next days) :) And need additional help to continue to grow this club & community. General Requirements before applying In RCA<3 we believe club activity starts from the top :). So if you like to be an admin here, we require you to be a quite active & if your going to be busy to let us know ^^. You should have a 3rd party chat program such as skype/steam or even FB. This will allow easier contact when needed & making communication easier ^^. Current Roles we are requiring for: Card Maker - [AVAILABLE] + Dedicated people, who are either experienced or willing to improve :) + Job is to make cards for LE, RE and SE threads. + Must be involved with at least 2 editions per month. + In order to apply to this position, be sure to include your portfolio :) Layout Maker - [AVAILABLE][Required 1 to 2] + An experienced layout maker who is willing to provide a monthly layout + In order to apply to this position, be sure to include your portfolio :) Inviter - [AVAILABLE][1 Required] + One more is needed. + Job is to invite people to the club who seem interested in romcom or romance in general by posting on profiles or through the invite system. + Must actively be seeking & inviting when possible :). + Requires & prefer somebody who is active every day and has the time to meet people & invite. Newsletter Officer - [AVAILABLE][1 Required] + Someone who is dedicated & willing to update the newsletter often :) + Job is to provide a fortnightly newsletter to the deliverers to deliver to our members. + Must keep up-to-date with the latest RCA<3 activities + Requires somebody who has a passion in writing content & has a good knowledge of bbcode Claim maker/updater + Claim Maker: Responsible for the monthly claims + Claim updater: Updates the claimed list.
