Does anyone know if this Manga is or will be published in the US/UK/Germany?

Hey guys! I fell in love with this Manga since it is just awesome!!!

Unfortunately it is only translated up to Ch. 32 so far.... Please do not think that I am ungrateful! I am very grateful towards the translators but I do not want to wait for the next release so I did some research on the www and found out that there have been 74 Chapters released in Japan so far...

Too bad I am not able to read Japanese... And this is where I need your help: Does anyone know if this Manga is or will be published in the US/UK or anywhere outside Japan anytime soon? Does it have any alternative title aside from "Yona of the Dawn" ?
