| So much death, Kamiya Akira is one of my favourite VAs and his character Kato died, I was hoping for more of him in Yamato 3. But I give credit to the author for killing so many secondary characters, in this case it made the crisis more believable. |

| I wander how the hell have Sabera became commander (or whatever rank she holds) when she always seems to expect enemies will be just sitting and waiting for death. But I give credit to the author for killing so many secondary characters, in this case it made the crisis more believable. Yes, exactly. I didn't think there will be so much deaths, and I also didn't expect that I will react so emotional. Well, we'll see how the Yamato will finally defeat Zorder. |

| The attack on the White Comet using Cosmo Tigers showed definite shades of Star Wars. Way more death than I was expecting, though. Including the awesome Akira Yamamoto (who I understand is female in the remake?). Definitely wondering who will make it out alive. Also great use of the final form trope. That space battleship looks like a fortress. |
