That is kinda disgusting. Karin just said again, and it was implied before, that he doesn't just suck blood, but sleeps with his victims aswell. Even if it was consensual, it's still creepy if they don't even remember it afterwards. (Although we don't know what they remember. Maybe that they had an ONS with an unknown person?)
And then they top it with mentioning that minors are fair game for him aswell. And the small sister doesn't mind. Yikes.

And they play down forced child prostitution aswell, the girl doesn't even seem to mind. Good to see that the mother called the police and helped the girl to get out of there.
