Regardless of whether 16.5 was a "legit" chapter or not there is a space that it fits and, it was also written by the author of sword art online. It suggests that was his intentions regarding that area. |

| After seeing episode 10 they most likely did seeing Asuna lying naked in bed, they just happened to skip the entire scene seeing how SAO is also aimed for younger viewers and its focus isn't echi, however there's a few slight ecchi angles here and there, but not major that disturbs the main story. This Anime doesn't follow-up with all <insert mainstream anime> cause ecchi is totally hot these days even when the anime is total shit aslong as it has ecchi it can succeed. Where they use ecchi like water or certain female falling on top of the main character certain undressing/bathroom/beach scene etc. |
