Well, maybe it's just me being a sentimental person. But most of the manga with drama as one of it's genre made me cry even if a bit. I think it's obligatory for a good drama to make people cry whether it's manga or some other medium.

No the only time when I was close was one chapter in Nonononono. I just don't read enough manga, that's my problem. Other then that I cry plenty when I watch anime.

Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan (all the tears) and 07-Ghost probs.

I usually start manga after I watch the anime so if I cried the first time around, unless it was a truly exceptional scene, I won't be crying the second time around with the manga. :U

Oh yes. The first and only manga that made me cry is Bakuman, at the part where Azuki and Mashiro were caught in an issue regarding their being in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship. I mean, they are so trying hard for each other and then the others would just ruin them and the status they've worked so hard for. Damn rumors *^*

And Hotarubi No Mori E, omg and Normal City as well.

I'm such an emotional reader. ;____;

@Amputeed: Ikr right?! I kept on thinking about Rosette, and Chrono.
Omg, just so so sad.

but never a super "crying" tears falling every 2 seconds and your making tiny wheeping sounds trying to hold in your breath when crying and not make any weird cry sounds.

Not yet with manga, but I've only completely finished Hikaru no Go (it was sad when
, but I didn't cry or anything). However, have cried tons with animes, especially One Piece, Code Geass, Fairy Tail (every time I see Jellal. It would be every time I see Erza too, but she gets a whole lot more screentime than Jellal), and animes that really get me close to the characters, like that.

Most definitely Pao no Monogatari and all the manga that accompanied it. Definitely made me cry for hours and well, maybe if you have a soft spot for animals, it will make you cry as well, but the other manga sequel/prequel to it may make you cry, too, regardless. They came from the Deep Love series. ;___;

Although manga never impacts me much as anime. I'd say one of the only mangas to make me sob is probably Elfen Lied. Although it's gory as hell, it's really in depth and just plain sad at the end.

I've never cried over a movie/manga/anime/book. That said, I recently read let dai and it got me pretty close.

Well I just cried while reading Chikan Otoko. It might be because I'm depressed af right now rather than it being sad, but whatever. I think it might be because it feels so real.

Same here. I was almost crying reading it, 19chapters out when i started the manga, 18 and 19 almost made me cry...
Really good manga, so much feels in it...

Naruto, because of nostalgia.

Hearing how the manga and anime I grew up with since I was 11 is coming to a close, a part of me dies inside

You know, the mangaka said a year ago that he was in the middle of Naruto. Maybe he said that to joke, but if it's the case, we will have at least five years of Naruto
Even if i can't see how he could continue for this long considering the actual arc and recent chapters.
