I surprised that a thread for this hasn't been created yet.
So far, they've annnounced cast the main cast is as such:

Rin: Bryce Papenbrook

Yukio: Johnny Yong Bosch

Shiemi: Christine Marie Cabanos

Bon: Kyle Hebert

Izumo: Kira Buckland

Konekomaru: Mona Marshall

Renzou: Brian Beacock

Mephisto: Sam Riegel

Looks promising so far.

Hmm... so we've got Aidou, Izaya, Madoka, Aizen and Kisame so far...
The cast looks appropriately badass. I'll be looking forward to it.
Has anyone noticed that they're mixing the promising youngsters (Bryce, Christine) with the older, more experienced VAs (Johnny, Kyle, Kirk)? I think it's qiute cool.
