| I'm a little puzzled right now and I'll tell you why. I'm thinking that both Video Games and Alt. Rock are vast themes on their own. They totally deserve a single month each, where clearly all songs will belong to one category. It's not an easy mix, like with Epic Christmas or the MAL rollback list. So I thought of opening up a second poll for a few days, between Alt. rock and VGM. And this will be the official way of dealing with ties from now on. I think it's quite fair and reasonable. Let me know what you think. |

| I find that those two themes are big enough to stand on their own.. but seeing as this would be the easiest and probably more fair solution, we will have a double theme then. |

| I perfectly understand what you mean, the themes are quite broad and each deserves a month of its own. I suggested that to make things simpler and perhaps, more fair, as you said. Also, if you want to make them kinda more separate, then a double album edition (not just a double theme), as I called it, could work as well. Though, that may be too much work for Lumikki. |

| I actually voted for that because I wanted a double theme month. This way people will be more likely to participate if there's more options. I suspect many people who aren't gamers might not want to look for a song. That's why I thought both would be better. |

| Okay Lumi, I'll send that song along with this one (my VGM pick) someday soon. Might be the hardest pick I've made during these anthologies. VGM is something I so much would like to 'promote' more! But I though that there needs to be some Akira Yamaoka included so Promise from the best horror game evör it is. |

Also I love all the choices till now, I think this is gonna be another great list this month. I'm glad that I decided to keep both themes. I thought a lot about what my choices would be and I felt that I should go with my current mood, otherwise it would be so hard to choose just one from each. So here they are: 1.Alternative rock Song: Strawberry Gashes Artist: Jack off Jill This is a song from a band of the '90s. I decided to put this amv with it here, to liven things up. The editing is not very consistent, but I still find it has a sort of charm. 2.VGM Drawn 2: Dark Flight Theme (If you haven't checked out this game yet, or any other of BigFish games you're missing out on a LOT of beautiful games). Lumikki-san, I'll send the songs later. :) |
