| It was just... an episode. Not particularly an enjoyable or intense one for me, but it had its decent moments. Action continues to look solid at least, and Holland surviving was a nice change of pace for something that spelled out death flag in various different kinds of angles. |
HOLY FUCKING SHIT, THAT LAST SCENE!!! THE ENTIRE PLANET EARTH WAS ACTUALLY COVERED UNDERNEATH THE SCUB CORALS!!! Mind fucking blown, turns out all these great wall and zone concepts is simply the act of going into a gigantic tunnel down towards where the planet has always been in. Can you see those gigantic pillars protruding from the surface of the REAL EARTH? Yeah, I know now that the scrub corals did not replace the Earth's crust at all, they literally build on top of the surface of Earth, creating a new planet surface, somewhat like a Dyson sphere, only it's all biological. What a grand revelation, my jaw is dropped down to the floor. Also, I would love it if Holland here actually dies or at least lost his limbs or something, it would make his sacrifice all the more meaningful. The OST when Nirvash is going through the Zone was legendary. |
