| At the end of Toradora!, they met and mostly everything in the plot was resolved. However, I wasn't sure if they did get married, but they graduated and everything. On the whole, I really want a season 2. I know that the plot and everything was resolved, but I want to know about their future together. Their daily life and what happens after it. Discuss please. |
| Other than this obviously being on the wrong board, didn't the anime end on the same note as the light novel? So unless its non-cannon, a sequel would be out of the question. |

Second, I've already told you why it is out of the question. The anime's story ended congruently with the light novel, which is the source material of the anime. It doesn't matter how much you "want" a second season, if there is no material to base it off of, you are pretty much shit out of luck. Your poll question doesn't even make any god damn sense. Are you trying to ask us do we think there will be a season two? Or are you asking if we just want a season two? |

| I don't think I'd want another season of Toradora. Like Defiance has stated, the light novels pretty much end where the anime has ended, and so, in order to progress further into the story, it would have to be non-canon. And typically when people branch off of canon material with non-canon material, the results are disastrous (Fillers, season-2's, ect...). I don't really want Toradora being soiled by a crappy sequel (the most likely occurrence). I'm honestly satisfied in where Toradora left off on. It does, at least to me, seem like a satisfying conclusion. And so I'd much rather hold onto that than risk the series being mocked by some otaku germ-ridden asshole who thought it would be funny to copy the countless other hundreds of anime's out there for a quick buck. |

| I love Toradora too, but the series is a love story. A series about Ryu and Taiga's daily lives just won't have the same impact. If there were a sequel in this universe which I doubt will happen, I'd want a series maybe centered around Minorin or Ami. |

Think about it - Toradora! is just plainly amazing. They tied up the main characters' loose ends, and the only thing they really left out is what happens with the side characters and the wedding ceremony, which I think most of us would really like to see. A 10 minute OVA to tell us some more background story and tie it up completely would be just perfect. |

Well, like Gheizen64 and Indulg3 said, the concept that I suggested won't exactly be new material added to the Toradora! canon or anything. If you've watched Toradora! SOS, you'll see that it's new material too, but it doesn't really affect the series in any way. It's just about the main cast gorging on food. What I'm suggesting is, a couple of sketches in the same spirit as Toradora! SOS; no drama or srs bsns, just exaggerated chibi fun. |

| I'm just posting on everything Toradora! related at this point. A few 'Another World' style episodes or a fun OVA about Taiga and Ryuuji's married life would be awesome, although I know it's a far cry at this point. |

| I'm very content with the way things ended. The show ended right with the Light novel so I don't see the need for more. It would give them more of a chance to ruin what a great show/novel series toradora is. |

When regarding Clannad After Story though you have to remember that Clannad was never really strong for its romantic aspects rather than drama, whereas Toradora I personally found was. So I think that a sequel series to Taiga and Ryuuji wouldn't work as it would need to change genre slightly. Even if it turned out well it wouldn't be the same show, so why bother with the risk of ruining a perfectly fine scenario instead of making something completely different? That being said, I have no objection to having perhaps a 1 episode OVA on the couple. But since I actually think it's great just as it is now I leave that judgment to the Director/Author. As for alternate worlds? I can't really object considering Toradora's origin, but I personally find the main characters become less convincing if you make them versatile enough to produce too many endings. This is the logical choice, I absolutely adore the series and characters here almost more than any other anime. However I wouldn't want them to run it into the ground with a second season. There are plenty of series which have ruined themselves that way, even in the same genre. So yes, maybe one or two OVA's with a couple of future shift stories would be pretty good. But not overdoing it. |

The great irony is that Minori and Ryuuji both had crushes on each other in the beginning, so they could have easily become a couple if either of them had the courage to confess right up front. That's one of the of the coolest things about this show - unlike most RomComs, there's very little "deus ex machina/destined soul mate" stuff - it reaches the ending it does almost entirely because of the characters' own choices and actions (or inactions in this case), and it's easy to see how Ryuuji could have ended up with any of the three girls if he or they made just one or two different choices at key moments. |
