Rei and Ami's new attacks are better, Minako and Makoto not so much.

For some reason I really liked this episode. We gotta have the scouts interact with each other more, both individually and as a group.

You know, like how this episode is about Lida and Mina, they should episodes around Rei and Lida, or Mina and Ami, etc. etc. It'd make it a whole lot more interesting.

Haha "you're not even going to let me say my usual lines this time!" I can't tell if this episode's pacing was unintentionally poor and they just rolled with it or they skipped over it on purpose, but that was funny. Good to know the show isn't taking itself too seriously and knows it's getting repetitive.

Hoping the story picks up soon.

Mediocre episode. I thought they would do more about Minako and Mako's feeling and relationship with each other.
And most of the time is lost to Chibiusa's bickering and Mamoru's appearance.

oh my god i cant stand chibusa going "im gonna marry mamo" at any time, because i know the plot ahead. makes me cringe but i know she means it in a way where she doesnt know who he is.
hoping the fillers dont continue on for longer, get on with the story

I honestly find of agree with Petz here, all this romance melodrama is getting annoying - at least in part because it relies on Mamoru being unrealistically douchey

This episode was fun to me, though XD

Still, why did Petz and Calaveras forgot about their MAIN goal - to capture "Rabbit"? They were focused more about their own bickering and plan to capture "control point", which is not main plan of Dark Moon, tho... i mean, it's supposed to be akin to "Stealing Energy" Dark Kingdom was doing to feed Metallia while they were searching for Silver Crystal.
And how did Ami and Rei got into the fight so suddenly? It feels like this episode was supposed to be two different episode. One with Jamanen, basically first fight of Calaveras. While other is Calaveras and Petz bickering. So it's mostly the second, while stuff with Jamanen/Jellax is leftovers.
(I find it curious that such a minor monster of the week with smaller than usual screentime is rather popular in Deviantart...)

Tho, why do you call this episode filler? It's the first episode we see Calaveras in action! Calaveras got her first fight with Senshi, so the plot did indeed move.
...At least that's how plot advancement is supposed to look like in my eyes.

Also, while people love to diss on Ando art style, i personally love the episodes where he's involved. They're usually very funny and i love the art style. It's more angular and faces look more volumetric. Angles of faces are also more dynamic, i love it.
