| Eva has gone through quite the transformation throughout this series. I'm glad they gave her so much development, I really felt like her character was promising around the time when she was trying to change her ways for that married man. Glad the hunt is back on, really want to see more of Johan. Also curious about this whole "end of the world" thing lingering around. |

| RIP Martin. I teared up a bit when they were eulogizing Martin at the cafe. A very likeable guy and a strong catalyst for character development in Eva. I was very satisfied with the character redemption that I was looking for in Eva. :D I just hope she doesn't get herself killed <_<. |

| I'm surprised at how much Eva developed into a better character in just one episode. I still don't like her but she definitely isn't the wretched hag she used to be. Martin's death changed her for the better. However, I think she's dumb for trying to hunt Johan on her own. She will most assuredly fail. Eva should have listened to Tenma and went to stay with Reichwein. Great episode. Hopefully now we can see more Lunge as his episode are pretty interesting. 8/10 I hope we see more Grimmer as he's probably my favorite character in the show though I doubt it since there's only 14 episodes left. |
| Eva is interesting woman. i like her but to kill Johann ? Please Eva... Of course you can try the kill Johann but first you must explain the truth to police. Explain everything and then go and try to kill Johann. Don't die without telling. Actually i do not want Eva to die. I hope she will survive somehow. In this episode, when Eva and Tenma meet, nothing happened special. i expect a hug at least. |
| Finally Eva got some needed character development. But when she said "I'm such a horrible person", I literally yelled "WE ALREADY KNEW THIS." at the TV. Honestly, she should've realized how much of a bitch she was to every human on the planet. Poor Martin, I really liked him as a character. Shame he died so quickly. So now everyone in Germany is trying to kill a Blond kid, dubbed "Johan"... MAN, Johan gets bitches like MAD! |

| Eva is really growing on me and I truly don't want her to die. She's a troubled person with personality issues and doesn't know how to deal with her feelings, but when she's not shitting on people, you can get a glimpse of how that woman is actually sorrowful and hopeless. These past few episodes have done a good job fleshing out her character. |

| Great episode, really sad for sure. Love the development given to Eva, she's a really well-written character. Even before this episode she was well-written even though I hated her, but now I can't hate her anymore. I also thought that killing Martin was really good even though it was depressing because a) after all the people Tenma was able to save that I thought might die, it gave real weight to the death (unlike shows where nobody dies or everybody dies) and b) I think it might be kind of reinvigorating for Tenma's determination. He was already determined for sure, but remembering Martin who was a lot more recent than say, Mauler, might help him to be able to pull the trigger of he's the one to finally confront Johan. REALLY interested to see where the show goes from here though! |

| I thought it was cringeworthy at how Eva reacted to Martin's death. Her character development came off as forced to be honest. I don't think Eva really had that great of a relationship with Martin, to the point where she would change her entire perspective for a single person at this point. I would have loved to see more interaction between them, to show that she was actually softening up to the man, and not just "he saved me, he let me go, so I cry when he die". That said, I like the 'what' and 'why' factors in Eva's character development.. not the 'how' or 'when' though. |

| Martin was probably the first person that guy shot, he was unlucky for running out of ammo but he was kinda stupid because he could have taken more than one gun from the guys he killed. Eva is going after Johan too! |

| I always pity the way things are in Eva's life. I mean, she also had the chance to change and carry on when she tried to go to her gardener's Christmas celebration. And now that she had found someone to run away with, Eva lost him. Things always don't go the way we want them to, I suppose. Kudos to Eva's voice actress, that was probably the most legit crying I've heard in anime. On a side note: I wonder just where Eva stashed those Johan kid pictures from her father album tho. | I'm appreciating Eva more now; even if she does happen to end up dying, that moment of self awareness is very welcome, considering that so far she's mostly been a narcissistic, vindictive bitch. Though I'm not too keen on everyone's tendency to pick the "brood and try to take Johan out by myself" route, they'd piece information together much faster if they worked together. I'm curious about what Johan will do with the other guy. Somehow, I'm not convinced he'd want a "successor" or consider anyone on the same level as him; after all, Johan only cares about Anna, and has outright said he wants to kill everyone else out there. So I'm assuming the "new Johan" is either a tool for Johan to obtain something, or just a way to kill time. |

| God fucking damn it, Martin really died I was holding onto the slim chance of him surviving T_T I like how Eva's relationship with Martin developed her character (and his). Her reunion with Tenma had a long time coming if you ask me. I understand why she wants to be the one to end things but I think she'll put herself in danger this way. The last few episodes have been spectacular. |
