The 100 forum posts request is restricted to any of the 3 special claims (country, wish, continent) Note 0: the "lives in" and "blood" options can be choosen by anyone, however one of those options may let the claiming-choice a bit easier for someone that is not of the same nationality from where he lives. Note 1: the "lives in a country like a character" can be especially made by someone that lives in a state different from his nationality! Ex: if Mary is philippino but lives in America can say "Mary lives in America like Zwei" (or any other american character..) Note 2: the "blood" thing is been made for charas that may have one of the two parents that shares the nationality with you, like example Momiji Sohma (his mom was german), so a german user could claim him and say "has german blood like Momiji Sohma". Note 2b: the "blood" thing can be claimed for characters that are 100% *nationality* or even 50% (from one of their parents), but not less than 1/2. Extra claim: [Wish Claim] - only 1x extra claim per person [staff can have 3x] - ONLY first 20 ppl can have it - staff is not included in the first 20 (they can claim it whenever they want) - ppl from small countries can claim it without *20 first posts* limitation (ex.
