| Come claim your "I knew it!" badges here before it's too late! For Ken Takakura, I'm thinking either Ayumu Murase or Gen Satou. The former has done roles for Science SARU before and overall seems like a good fit for Okarun's character, whereas the latter has been making a name for himself recently in quite a few "reserved guy meets an eccentric girl who changes his life" roles (e.g. Nakami Ganta, Yamori Kou). In a similar manner, Ai Fairouz may continue her recent trend of shōnen female leads as Momo Ayase, but voice-wise I'm going to go with Eri Kitamura. I'll throw in a few bonus predictions for Aira Shiratori as well, because a few names instantly came to mind: Aoi Yuuki or Ayana Taketatsu would surely be able to convey her haughty attitude. |

| I think Daiki Yamashita and Asami Seto would be fitting for Okarun and Ayase, respectively, but I don't know, I wouldn't be surprised if they chose VAs without much experience in leading roles to elevate their careers with these characters, just like with Denji and Aki's VAs in Chainsaw Man. |

Those are some good picks. This may sound obvious, but I thought Kaji Yuki would make a good voice for Okarun. Kanji’s flip from nerdy child voice to deep badass would work for his transformation power. For Momo, I think Tanezaki Atsumi could work since she has great range with her voice and can pull off comedy, particularly in Mob Psycho as Tome. And lastly, I think Aira would be played by Nao Toyama. When I read her, I think of the Elf Archer from Goblin Slayer.

As for Shion Wakayama, I haven't seen any major roles from her, so only her performance will tell whether she's a good fit or Momo or not. I trust her though! |
