Similar Manga?

I just finished the manga, it's the first I've read. Wow, that was an amazing experience, not a bad choice for my first. As an anime only guy up to this point, I can see why the source material is usually rated higher. Any recommendations for manga similar to this? Preferably completed.

Great choice! I really liked it. I recommend you to try Kimagure Orange Road (one of my all time favourites) or Nisekoi.

If it is the being forced into making multiple girls fall in love part that made you like this manga, I do have similar suggestions.

The only issue is that they are light novels (though one has an adaptation with seasons still releasing).

They both fit the theme very well and are completed. If you ever decide on trying to read light novels, give them a try.
