| It's been my favorite anime for 10 years now. It does everything I love in an anime: a tightly written story, compelling characters who shape the plot with their motivations, worldbuilding that's fleshed out without being overbearing on the exposition (Rebellion does this perfectly), adorable characters, stunning visuals, and an amazing soundtrack. I highly recommend the manga spin-offs "The Different Story" and "Majuu-hen/Wraith Arc," as I believe they are canon, not to mention the gorgeous artwork. The rest of the spin-offs are hit-or-miss. |

| Homura has been my favorite female character for more than 4 years now!!! & PMMM has also been in my favs for 4 years now!!! & its one of my only 10 shows that i gave a 10!!! Still waiting for Urobutcher for the Rebellion Sequel!!! |

That's what most people are missing in life. My first impression of Madoka Magica was just 'oh, anyway'. Only after you re-watch you, you realize what you missed the first time, and after that it's a big rabbit hole. I really recommend everyone to watch the recap movie. They just add to the feels. |

Completely agree with you! First time I watched it I was stunned. Second time broke me. I haven't seen any other series/movie so far that actually gets better after a rewatch. |
