Homura hands down. She's my all-time favourite character.

The other characters are brilliant as well, but Homura's background story and personality really resonated with me. Such a well-written, complex character.

akemi for sure. gotta love emogirls haha. but honestly i like her demeanour and her mental fortitude. imagine being in her shoe, crazy. her character design and colour theme are quite lovely too.

kyubey’s character is something else too. while it looks cute, it constantly get in your nerves

Kyoko and Sayaka, found them both interesting and liked their dynamic. Also their magical girl forms and weapons look the coolest to me.

If you put a gun to my head and tell me to pick one, probably Sayaka for 2 nicely sized reasons.

Tomoe-san may seen like a mature, confident veteran magical girl on the surface but on the inside, she is a heavily wounded person who seems like she doesn't have her loved ones to open up her feelings. Her wish was more like situational one rather than a desire which led to the loss of her parents. Also her mother daughter relationship with Nagisa-chan is so precious. To be honest I love all of them due to their background and wishes become magical girls in first place.
