| the first part of the movie was very sweet, like a slice of life. the second part was about youkais and stuff like that, i didn't feel very interested about it, but its a good movie overall. |
| One of the best movies out there..t relaxing atmosphere with beautiful rural scenery and well composed background music. Slice of Life, tragic characters dealing with personal trauma, Youkais and ghosts... Everything i like.is in this movie... People voting it down cause.it doesn't have fancy light shows and weird fortune cookies quotes like demon slacker.. |

| It was a pretty chill film for the most part, I expected something else from the pvs but I'm fine with what we got. I also really liked the different visuals they did on the legends that were told. Of course the ED was definitely the best one for 2021 not much contest there |
| Rural setting, calm atmosphere, mythical creatures, supernatural beings, lovely characters especially oba-chan and good ED. Nice, I liked it. Just a bit curious about what happened with Yui's father after she left him but that's not really important anyway. |

| I knew in advance that there would be a mystical element and fantasy, but it is so casually built into the plot that it just seems alien. The first "SoL" half of the show feels much more natural and interesting. |

| The atmosphere was captured with a lot of subtlety, it's something generally very difficult to achieve but done so well here. The standout aspect were the depictions of the folklore with idiosyncratic animations, looking into it, turns out a couple of legendary animators appeared on those scenes. |
