| Finally finished with both My Anime List & My Manga List |

So, I'd center it for sure to account for all resolutions, but it's your call. :D |

| What's the command line for the spacing between these 2 elements? .status_selected, .status_not_selected and .header_cw, .header_completed, etc.. I'd like to bring the gap closer together, but couldn't find the right line/command for it. Thanks. EDIT: Finally done adding everything. Just need finishing touches on the layout and what not. O.o I usually set the first line padding to 0, and then add this one underneath: #list_surround br:first-child + table {padding-bottom: 0px;} #list_surround br {display: none !important;} The second line should be the spacing between category totals of one section and header of another (or some of the space between .status_selected and the first section). Try this one and see if it reduces it? |

As for my background, I don't think 1.5MB is that bad for a very busy 2560x1600 image. I think it's the 100+ series images that are delaying the load. I'll say this - full res looks nice on a Thunderbolt monitor (2560x1440). :) |

Thx I think it would be better to set the list itself on a fixed width and change the background so it's doesn't scale. Might be because the computer I'm currently on doesn't have superpowers concerning my graphics card, but it lags when you resize the screen. Also, you don't get some shitty looking list when your browser window is to small. But it seems you know this :p, so I'm looking forward to see how you fix this. It's good overall, but the list doesn't really fit in with the background and looks kinda bland compared to the rest. Also, I'm having a designer's block so my list is going to stay the same for an x amount of time. :p |

| I read this topic today (or more like last pages) and I decided to learn smth about creating such lists like yours. I used lists from users at this site (I analyzed them), and after few hours I learned a lot for sure ^^ Thanks.. especially that I didn't know too much about css before. There is the result of my work : http://myanimelist.net/animelist/MordercaMuminkow There are still problems with several things.. like too heavy file with css and fact that I made that only for my resolution (1920x1080), but I just started so I will improve with time! ^^ |
