Omg you did a lot of sifting to find it
I saw someone mention it as the worst rated show on the site in a post yesterday and then I watched it. It’s so bad it warrants a pity laugh honestly. The story fails to be well rounded. The graphics fail to be bearable. Enjoy!

I discovered it because the director of this anime Satou, Yoshiteru is also the director of Mars of Destruction. Check out the rest of the stuff he is in. You will not regret.

I can get through bad cg to an extent but bad va and animation not to mention the story and characters were shit pretty awful

This is an 18 minute OVA from 2004 that can be viewed completely solo. In essence, since practically nothing makes sense, don't have to take it seriously.😂
