Which Dub Version is better.

I just found out it has 2 dubbed versions.
Bandai(Ocean dub) (2001) and Funimation dub (2016).
I just want to ask which one is better.

Note:Just finished the anime in funidub and it was quite good. didn't bother myself with ocean dub & original jap, so i can't comment on either on them.
The reason behind funimation redubbing is the that ocean dub was incomplete as it was dubbed on broadcast version. While BD release had some extra scenes, so new dub for incomplete scenes was needed.
