| The thing is it was mentioned in the song that "I believe that we will meet in August 10 years later". When I read the lyrics months back, I predicted that they would do a project for this specific reason. |

| Live action movie is already a thing, so it's definitely not that. Movie sequel had a lot of recaping, so recap movie is also most likely not a thing. Judging by older looking cast, it might be a sequel, however I can't really picture how it would look like with a perfect conclusion we already had. "Untill we meet again, Menma." :) |

But I can't help but feel very very skeptical... Menma brought back to life? As much as I would love this to be true, it would totally ruin the franchise lol. |

| I saw this, I almost screamed in the middle of the night. Anohana coming back after a perfect ending like that can almost only go wrong but I have high hopes for this. I shed tears for this anime and I will always welcome it back. |

| Well I don't mind, I had always liked the series even the movie so a sequel of some sorts would be nice plus seeing this character designer back to work is always a go from me just hope that its about the cast and how they've grown and who ended up with who etc maybe it'll be more slice of life with a bit of drama either way bring back the feels |

| after looking at the website it seems this project wasn’t really anime related and was instead a sort of play that takes place after the events of the show? not really too sure since I had to translate a bunch of the stuff since I can’t read Japanese |
