Oh! The sex show probably takes place in the present, while the rescue of Hitomi probably takes place in the past. For some reason, Nanase leads Rokurou to the captive Hitomi. The protagonist falling off the island made me think of his dream from the second chapter. But things got confusing again when Hitomi suddenly turned into Nanase. And here's what the stuff in the margin to the left of the final page says: reference material, Little Women, Louisa May Alcott. No idea what that novel has to do with the pornographic manga we read, haha.
