| dumb as hell. Puppetry is still "animating" an object, and fits the whole "illusion of life" description of animation. Like yeah I get it on a technical level, but on a philosophical level it's the same thing with different tools. Also watch a fight scene in Thunderbolt Fantasy and just try to say it's not anime as hell. I get it but it sucks. |

| There is cgi and other special effects like green screen. So... its a collaboration of animation and puppetry so in a way yes its a animation hybrid. So it should be added on MAL. I'm too lazy to bring it up, but yeah I'll keep it in mind for now. haha |

| Came here after noticing an awful lot of Chinese animations in the catalogue. We're opening the floodgates, but when it comes to an actually decent show it's a no because "it's not anime". How about letting in American cartoons next? They're more "anime" than Thunderbolt Fantasy by these metrics. |
