I am pretty sure that everyone means Kougami Shinya (Kougami-kun for Akane)... The only Kagami of this show is Kagami Kawaraki (I had to look up for this^^), a friend of Akane that no one cares about (I remember that she has back problems because of her job imposed by Sybil System, and seems to lack of purpose in life...). Besides I hope too that Kougami returns or that something brand new without Mika-like characters is created. The universe is rich and there are plenty of interesting things that writers may explore. For example, what about art or scientific research? I guess that these kind of activities would make the Crime Coefficient of most people increase (competition, depression, possible immorality of the subject, ethical choices, grant applications). Art in general would then represent a threat to people attending exhibitions of reading novels (I am exaggerating a little bit and I dislike this way of thinking, but Sybil System may share this opinion); although I have not heard about people who became criminals after reading Dostoevsky or Dazai! |
| I am actually hyped, the 2nd season took me a while to get around to watch it and I still haven't seen the movies. So I am weirdly optimistic for season 3. Psycho-Pass has a good idea but doesen't go beyond that idea, which is a shame. I don't see much police anime, actually I think I've seen oly a handfull, but this franchise has some potential. |

| Akane isn't even the main character anymore and Kogami might not even show up, so that kinda disappoints me already... still gonna watch it but I'm not gonna get my hopes up. I don't think any other addition to the Psycho-Pass series can surpass Season 1. |
