| Rotoscoped music video with watercolors looks interesting, but then you realize that it's just a live-action video with special effects, basically. The song was sweet though. |
| The waterpaint aesthetic of the video looks great but the video essentially functioning as just a band performance is an underwhelming usage of the style. My interest does fade when it's mostly just them performing the song, though the second half does get more interested, particularly the brief part where they invert the colours. The best part of this is the song, at least from what I've sampled from their works, this is my favourite song by BUMP OF CHICKEN thus far, pretty easily in fact. 7/10. |
