So I've watched first few episode of magi and dropped it because the mc is kid , would he grow or is it like Naruto I'd have wait till next season or something. I really like to get into this series but seeing kid as a mc is off-putting to me . ( No major spoiler please )

In my opinion, Magi has a good story. If you are not interested in Aladdin, you should focus yourself to the development of Alibaba in order to get another perspective of the story. At first I also not interested in magi because Aladdin is a kid but that is how I'm able to enjoy the story. At some point he will grow although it was not shown during 2 seasons anime airing. The manga already completed. If you decide to continue watching it, I suggest you should continue to read the manga in order to get the complete story.

All in all, if you do not like the first 3 episodes, do not bother to watch the rest. You will not going to be able to enjoy the story. I hope it help you. Have a nice day.

Aladdin doesn`t grow in the 2 seasons . The story is amazing but what`s the problem with MC being a kid ?
