Puella Magi Madoka Magica: The Movie -Rebellion-
| Curious if I need to watch the first two movies in order to watch this one. I have heard the first two movies are just the anime series converted into movie format. I'd be fine with experiencing that again, but I just finished the series days ago, and I wouldn't wanna burn myself out that fast. |

| The first two movies just recap the series - iirc there's some (very little) added footage/a couple new soundtracks, but you can go straight into Rebellion without missing out on anything important. Good luck. |
| They changed, cut, and add some small scene but i think it doesn't affect the story or confuse you and is great for recap (as a Kyouko fan i'm very satisfied with movie 2). But if you don't want to waste your time then go for movie 3 straight ahead. |
