| Well, there are alot of gods and goddesses in anime like Holo the wolf goddess from Spice and Wolf, the main character of Noragami whose some sort of god, Kamichu about a little girl who becomes a goddess, and the fox god from Kamisama Kiss and also a fox god in Our Home's Fox Deity( I think that's the name of it). Not to mention the many death gods aka shinigami like the characters from Bleach or Rin-ne. If you're specifically referring to the Christian God though, there's a manga that has Jesus and Buddha in it called Saint Young Men. Also, Dog of Flanders (movie) and Haibane Renmei has angels shown in them in reference to the afterlife, but God isn't actually shown in them. There's also a manga called Manga Messiah that's an adaption of the New Testament and Tezuka made an anime based on the Old Testament. |
