Arcs or Episodic?

My main question is in the title really. So basically is the manga episodic or does it have arcs (if it has arcs could anyone please tell me where the last arc ends, I like to read in arcs)?

Definitely told in arcs, albeit they tend to overlap a tad.

I think the most recent sensible "ending point" would be the end of chapter 120; I could be wrong, though, since I'm about ten chapters behind.
