I think this has some connections with the friend post we did at the signup thread since i remembered shinichi said that he was a selfless friend that don't mind dying for his friends ( I think that's what he said) But this also probably indicates spirits have personalities too so they will blend in and also they were human once |

| As Shinichi-Kun's soul was being purified, some of the friends are engulfed with darkness. Probably because they were guilty for not going through different methods to save everybody because after all, they are all friends. At least they were until everybody started not to trust each other. They cannot handle the grave situation they are in so they were stuck at their safe haven for the mean time until the curse disappears.
