| There is a rumor that Togashi has an assistant helping him. Long time fans know that Togashi has never had an assistant before. How could this be true? It's believed that Naoko Takeuchi, who is Togashi's wife and the creator of Sailor Moon, is helping out with Hunter x Hunter! | Even if it's true she won't help him that much, Togashi is pretty stubborn and takes pride in his artstyle, he refuse to have an assistant because he want to draw the way he wants without anyone interference to keep the drawing style of his manga (same way with how Oda only let his assistant did everything except the character). But it's still a good thing since that means his workload has lessened. |

| Rumors are just rumors but of course people believe them without batting an eye. And let's not pretend we know the circumstances behind him not wanting assistants. Calling him stubborn is disrespectful and ignorant. |

| I don't really care as long as a chapter is published each week. But like many said, if he let her then it's rarely because he wants to do his own drawings. I think he's right but if his health doesn't let him he can't stay stubborn forever. |
