| This looks extremely promising, and not just the "Well this has potential so I hope it's good" kind of promising. Definitely my favorite start of the season so far, and laid the ground work for something very good. While the first episode was more or less exactly what I expected it to be, the deliver was still great. Also the fact that this and FLCL have the same character designer is very apparent! |

| Dont have really bad things to say but dont have good thing either. I just dont really care for anything that is happening. Didnt really cared for his mom, so w/e. and we didnt saw how her death impacted him, so i'm kinda meh towards this conflict. They shoulve showed like 1 week of him without his mother, so the sensation of how impactful her death was could be greater. |

I liked the revival stuff. It's like a cool initiative superpower. I wish the anime was focused around that instead of this murder plot. I don't see what the fuss is all about for this amount of hype. It's a pretty big stretch from just these two episodes to be a 8.78 and ranked 29th. Nothing standout in being phenomenal to warrant the hype either. |

| I don't think their goal was to impact people emotionally with the mom's death .. it was more to set things off ... I mean look the mom of the main character was murdered and that and some other things triggered his weird dejavu powers... Btw his reaction of running away was weird. |

| I'm really loving this show's directing so far, if it weren't for the great directing I'm pretty sure I would have lost interest in the show but so far I'm having a ton of fun watching it. The second episode was a lot better than the first and due to the situation Satoru was forced into, he had to stop being the edgy "oh gosh the whole world like totally sucks" MC that I was afraid he'd be from my first impression from the first episode. I wouldn't say I have high hopes for this show because, again, the directing is what's making this interesting for me so if this takes the wrong turn story-wise then I can see myself loosing all interest in it. |

The bus seems to be like one of the operation places from the murderer ... Satoru should've give cops some kind of hint about that place.. anw. Not sure what's the plan now.. confronting the kayo's mom now? why? |

I mean there was a curtain there dividing the bus... anw.. that's not like a HUGE issue.. since there might be decent explanations on the future of why he acted like that. ----- the confrontation part doesn't make any sense yet ... hopefully they will explain on the next episode. |

| I liked that the scene with Kayo's mother meltdown didn't turn into some crappy melodramatic redemption thing and both of the kids dismissed it as self-pity. For a second there I thought I'd be REALLY disappointed with the writing. I can overlook a few plot holes, such as the hideout subject you were discussing earlier, and still be able to enjoy the anime, but that would've really bummed me out. |

| He really isn't looking for the killer, but I'm assuming he already knows who it might be seeing that he could recognize him from the apartment and when he got arrested... but the viewer will more then likely not know, so the hints probably aren't for the main character, but they're for either the viewer or the other characters since they don't know. I could be thinking this wrongly... I blame... stuffs. |

That's something that has been bothering me a lot, specially 'cause he even knows when the crimes would take place. But I guess that people can always say that he wasn't willing to risk using any of those people as baits since he doesn't have control over "revival". | The smart way to do it is just a 10 minutes epilogue in the normal timeline there is no need for complication. And two and a half episodes should be more than enough to solve the mystery. |

And I don't think Sugoru would have chances if he did a fuss in the car. They're in a driveway going to a desert place, windows closed and such. |
