| Hello everyone! I'd like to use an animated GIF for various things, such as my forum avatar and signature, but I need to crop and resize them to the proper dimensions, and would like to add text if possible. Anyone know a good website or free program that would allow one to edit an animated GIF, preferably one that wouldn't lower the quality and/or framerate? |

| GIMP also works very well. Each frame of the gif is a layer when you use it. |
