another identification manga request

in the first chapter (which is the only chapter i read), the protagonist elder sister died, long story short, someone (didnt remember the gender) appears upon the protagonist claiming he/she can revive the dead sister.
the 'someone' then proceed to revive the protagonist's dead pet (i think it was a dog) to convince the protagonist,
i remember the revival is done in expense of other's life . and the protagonist wants to revive the sister using the life of those who are responsible for her death, so the protagonist starts investigating the case.
