This season was pretty lame. I watched Rokka no Yuusha, GATE, Charlotte and GOD EATER. They were not bad shows but I wouldn't recommend any of those.

Please recommend something very good you watched recently and please dont post long lists, 1 or 2 anime is fine. It would be nice if you say few words why that anime is good in your opinnion.

I am also eager to see some good Yuri anime with actual story and character development.

Thanks in advance.

Ushio to Tora (TV) - What can I say about a guy slaying demons to protect the ones close to them after pulling out the beast spear which attracts nasty demons. Fantastic art and soundtrack as well.

Shugo Chara! Doki! - It has great themes and characters. The story is a bit slow, but pretty much everything is still entertaining. It's a 102 episode kids' show.

Akagami no Shirayuki-hime. Sweet and Disney-esque, and even though that's really the extent of its appeal it's what makes it so nice to watch.

Two movies I've watched recently that were good are Redline and Paprika. Both insane, with the former being bombastic and the latter being surreal.

Yuri with a story and character development? Revolutionary Girl Utena.

RWBY.

It's an American anime that was made by Monty Oum, a self-taught animator so in comparisons to Japanese anime it may be hard to get used to the animation. But once you get used to it, you'll likely enjoy it. My god, the action scenes in this one are epic, and nearly every weapon the characters use have a dual function - one short & long range.

Season was ok, nothing special tbh. Finished Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S recently and enjoyed it a lot, on the second season of K-on!! And it's also been great. ^^

With recently you mean airing? If yes:

+1 To add to the description: The chemistry between the main duo, aka beast spear guy and tsundere tiger, is just great. Makes for a good comedical factor.

If no:

The Tatami Galaxy, more a philosophical/psychological take on choices made in your life in a coming of age story. I doubt you will like it very much though because following your list you seem to dislike dialouge-heavy shows, even if the dialouge is very well written, as well as shows with philosophical touch.

Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. Great sense of humour if you're like me in that you aren't offended by anything, and it actually has a really good English dub for once! The political commentary is pretty cute too.
Now you're wondering if there's white text in any of my other posts.

Was very actiony and I love the story development, plus I'm pretty sure the visuals during the fighting scenes broke the budget. I plan on watching more of the Fate series down the way.

Gatchaman Crowds and GC Insight were both pretty good shows, especially the second. However they're definitely in the "love-it-or-hate-it" category. The first season dealt with the effects of social networking; Insight focuses on the nature of fascism. That's a pretty popular topic these days; both Kill la Kill and Samurai Flamenco touch on this as well.

I'm watching Shirobako, and it's so good! But there's still more than 1 cour for me to watch, hopefully it won't get too repetitive
Also Rokka no Yuusha +1
I rated it 8/10 just because it doesn't have a conclusion (obviously), but everything else was amazing

The second season deals with a manga adaptation and presents different issues than they deal with producing "Exodus."

So we have
season 1 - original anime production
season 2 - manga adaptation

That leaves hentai for season 3. :D

There are two extras that present first episodes of both "Exodus" and "Aerial Girls." They're not at Crunchyroll but are out on torrents.

Kemono no Souja Erin

it's close to being perfect for me. Just the two silly sidekicks for laughs and an absurd amount of flashbacks and reused footage (due lack of budget probably) made me back away from giving it 9 or a 10.
Still a perfect high 8/10
