The show has been hinting that Bunbee is not all that bad or something, I guess. Maybe he'll reform later in the series? Which is good since I find his characterization amusing so far. I've skipped Splash Star, for now, but (hopefully not a spoiler) there was a villain that gets reformed in Futari wa. I'm thinking Bunbee being reformed probably isn't farfetched.

I'm surprised it took so long for this topic to be touched on, Coco has been eating cream puffs forever, but still, no one noticed he ate nothing but cream puffs? Also is the transformation not supposed to be independent of the original form? After all, aren't they using magic to take the form they want?

That said, I don't think they should've banned the cream puffs entirely, complete withdrawal is probably going to have a long term effect for the short term gain. Sure enough Coco just looked so depressed. Don't think that's the best way to go about dieting.

Also funny how Nozomi caught the Bird woman's lie even though Coco would have taken the cream puffs had Nuts and Milk not intervene.
